Welcome,
My name is Oliver Slate-Greene, and I am a psychotherapist working virtually, and in-person at my Sacramento office in Midtown. I see patients who seek insight, relief, and stronger connections.
PSYCHOTHERAPY WORKS

The decision to enter into therapeutic relationship is a profound act of love.
When we allow ourselves the grace to “not know”, to embrace the meandering nature of the psyche and the rhythm of life itself, the places that need healing can actually begin to heal.
As a psychoanalytic scholar, I work to provide the kind of therapy that helps people feel more alive and connected to themselves, others, and the world. Through inner work, insight is revealed, psychological suffering is eased, and consciousness expands.
I invite you to take this journey with me.
“If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
